1 Acceptance of Terms

• You must not be a current employee, director, or agent of EC99 Game, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or had an account terminated for a policy violation on EC99 Game or any related platform.

EC99 Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure and may delay or prevent withdrawals.

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your account details, use the account recovery process or contact support.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your EC99 Game account. This includes bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and any changes to account settings. EC99 Game will not be responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.

• Keep your password and security details confidential at all times. Do not share them with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify EC99 Game support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure your contact details and registered payment methods are kept up to date in your account settings.
• You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your EC99 Game account.

EC99 Game may temporarily lock or suspend your account if unusual or suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. This is done to protect your balance and the integrity of the platform. If your account is suspended in error, contact support and the situation will be reviewed promptly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

All financial transactions on EC99 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). EC99 Game supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile account transfers
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from registered bank accounts
• Debit/Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile payment services

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the transaction being reversed and the account being suspended. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day — these are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where possible. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. EC99 Game reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of withdrawal. EC99 Game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

EC99 Game reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any deposit or withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or policy violation is suspected. During such checks, funds may be temporarily held. If an account is found to have been used for fraudulent activity, any balance may be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

EC99 Game offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts in PKR, wagering requirements, qualifying games, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms are published alongside each offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses apply to first-time registrations where specified.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The required wagering multiple is stated in each promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the previous bonus being forfeited.
• EC99 Game reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

EC99 Game offers sports betting, live in-play betting, casino games, live casino dealer tables, and slot games. Each product type is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure, EC99 Game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Live in-play markets close at specified moments during each event. Bets submitted after a market closes will not be accepted.
• For Cricket and PSL betting, including T20 and international fixtures, specific match and tournament rules apply regarding abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis adjustments, and mid-match suspensions. These are detailed in the sports betting rules section.
• Casino game outcomes for slots and RNG games are determined by certified random number generators. EC99 Game does not influence game outcomes.
• Live casino results are determined by real dealers and physical equipment captured on camera. EC99 Game is not responsible for human error by live dealers, which is handled under the relevant studio operator's policies.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, per market, and per event. These are displayed within each game or market.

EC99 Game reserves the right to limit the stake amounts accepted from any individual player at any time and for any reason, including risk management purposes. This does not affect your right to use the rest of the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EC99 Game. Breach of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors are void.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Attempting to manipulate bet outcomes through collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating.
• Reverse engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the EC99 Game platform without written permission.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Allowing a minor to access or use your EC99 Game account.

EC99 Game actively monitors accounts for prohibited behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, affected accounts will be closed, balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the EC99 Game platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of EC99 Game or its licensed third-party providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written consent from EC99 Game.

Game content — including slot games, live casino interfaces, and betting software — is provided under licence from third-party game studios and software providers. All associated intellectual property rights remain with those providers.

9 Limitation of Liability

EC99 Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain reliable, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• EC99 Game is not liable for losses caused by service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside our reasonable control.
